• ASIC registered agent fee include GST of $5.
• The registered agent services fees is payable on annual basis on ASIC anniversary date.
• All forms lodged at no additional cost if you avail annual registered agent services.
• Any ASIC lodgement or late fees related to any forms are to be paid by the client.
